A young boys portrait

A boy , a painted portrait, a painted box, an art book ,a poster of the painting for a 7th birthday. He said " I'd like you to paint a full size painting of me with pictures I picked from around your studio and the sloth can be in my arms". One idea as it often does leads to another and another. We never know what's next.
